YOUR UNITS/OUR SERVER

• Altech Dba can evaluate your data, for the units you purchased, and forward those results to your office, in this case, you would need to send an Ordering Physician Request Form (OPRF) if this is for qualifying purposes for oxygen and to be billed out by Altech Dba to the insurance carrier. NOTE* If you choose to only use Altech as a server entry point, then you may contact us for pricing.

YOUR NEBULIZER PATIENT’S

• Nebulizer Patient’s have special needs, and assessments are not always performed, CONTACT US regarding our newest disease management evaluation.

IDTF

• If you are an IDTF, such as ours, we will be willing to speak with you regarding programs that might meet your needs. With combined efforts we could provide the WORLD with Services unlike before.

TRADE-IN TOWARD PURCHASE

• If you currently have existing equipment and would like to trade this equipment for the newest in Telemedicine, contact Altech Diagnostics, Inc. and arrangements can be discussed.

OTHER OPTIONS

• If you are interested in working with us, regarding testing programs, however, are unable to purchase new equipment, we are always willing to conference on other
  avenues for the benefit of your patient’s, feel free to contact us and discuss our many options available.

DME/PHYSICIAN/OTHER FACILITIES

• If you are a Medical Company/Physician/Other, you may choose to purchase SPIROTEL Units, (CMS update), and have your patient transmit data To our server for qualification of results, that are to be used for Oxygen qualifying purposes.

Altech Diagnostics, Dba continues to provide services via the method of testing provided by Altech. We continue to provide daytime oxygen saturation, via resting, walking, and sleep evaluations combined, either on/off oxygen, and PULMONARY FUNCTION TESTING. However, in a situation for qualifying purposes for oxygen, we contact the patient directly, or the DME company may drop off the above Instructions, with our phone number to their patient.

A therapist, will on occasion visit in the home (FLORIDA ONLY), or a patient will receive our testing package via UPS/FED EX or POST OFFICE. With our MAIL OUT PROGRAM, the patient will keep the unit per the physician for a prescribed amount of time, the data will be transmitted to us via the telephone, and the patient will be instructed to return unit when the Carrier returns for pick up.

We are currently developing our program to meet all compliancy regarding your viewing data online, however, until our system is totally compatible, it is temporarily unavailable. We will discuss your viewing data when you register your company.
